Located in the area of Cunsey and on the Graythwaite Estate Cunsey Lodge is 2 miles from the main complex and 3 miles from Hawkshead, Cunsey Lodge is an Architect designed house which was completed in October 2010. With under floor heating throughout the house and all bedrooms en suite, you will be spoiled by the luxury it offers. With spectacular views of Lake Windermere it is the perfect house for your holiday.

Ground Floor..Large open plan sitting room through to dining room and kitchen, wood burning stove in the sitting room, logs provided. The kitchen has everything you should wish for. Ground floor toilet and cloaks room.

First floor 4 bedrooms all en suite two of which are twin and the other two are 5 foot double beds. Two of the bathrooms have large cast iron baths the other two have large walk in showers.

Outside..Patio area with barbeque and patio furniture for the summer months, parking for 4 cars. The road you see from the picture is not used as it is the private road to Cunsey Lodge.

Heating is by air source heat pump. Sorry no dogs.
