Make yourself at home on the shores of Lake Windermere, we have a 6,000 acre estate that is yours to explore. Freedom and fresh air is all part of the experience when you stay at Graythwaite Home Farm. We offer a range of individual self-catering holiday cottages. If your priority is convenience, the converted farmstead is ideal - with a children’s play area, table tennis room, swimming pool and fitness suite. Something more private? Secluded cottages and conversions within the estate’s grounds allow you to relax in style and take in the tranquil surroundings.  Some are on Lake Windermere all have breath taking views.

All our cottages are graded at 4 stars and range in size from small cottages for two to large conversions sleeping ten. We pride our self on maintaining high standards, all premises have central heating, open fire or wood buring stove (Logs provided) and modern kitchen appliances as standard.
